Promotional Products
Almost every promo quote is the same equation: the item, the decoration method, how many places it is decorated, how many colours, and how many you want. Setup is charged once per imprint and then amortises across the run, which is why the per-piece number falls so sharply with quantity.
What Promotional Products covers
- Drinkware
Tumblers, insulated bottles, mugs, ceramic, glassware and can coolers. Decorated by laser engrave on stainless, pad print, rotary screen, full-wrap digital print, or sublimation on poly-coated stock. Worth asking whether the imprint survives a dishwasher -- it depends entirely on the method.
- Bags & Totes
Cotton and canvas totes, non-woven, drawstring, backpacks, duffels, cooler and laptop bags. Decorated by screen print on flat canvas, embroidery on structured bags, heat transfer for full colour, or woven labels and patches. Gussets and curved panels cut into the usable imprint area.
- Writing Instruments
Plastic and metal pens, stylus pens, highlighters and pencils. Pad print almost always, because the silicone pad wraps a curved barrel; laser engrave on metal. The imprint area is tiny, so artwork usually has to be simplified down to a single line.
- Tech & Accessories
Power banks, wireless chargers, earbuds, cables, phone grips, drives and mouse pads. Decorated by pad print, UV digital print, laser engrave, or light-up logos. Anything with a battery carries its own certification and shipping rules.
- Headwear
Structured and unstructured caps, truckers, 5-panels, beanies, buckets and visors. Decorated by embroidery, 3D puff, or applied leather, woven, PVC and rubber patches. A cap front is a small, curved, seamed area, so designs get redrawn for it rather than just resized.
- Event & Trade Show
Retractable banners, pop-up displays, table covers and runners, feather flags, lanyards, badges, wristbands and tents. Dye sublimation into polyester for covers, flags and tents -- full colour, washable, nothing to crack -- and large-format digital on vinyl for banners. Usually bought as a kit rather than as single items.
- Office & Desk
Notebooks and journals, folders, desk organisers, calendars, awards and plaques, and clipboards. Decorated by deboss and emboss on leatherette, foil stamp, laser engrave on wood and acrylic, or screen and digital print. Deboss is a pressed impression with no ink at all -- the quiet premium option.
- Safety & Workwear
Hi-vis vests and tees, hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, jackets and work shirts. Decorated by heat and reflective transfer, embroidery on work shirts, or screen print. If a garment is certified hi-vis, decorating it can affect that rating -- bring us the compliance requirement you have to meet.
- Gifting & Kits
Onboarding and welcome kits, seasonal gifts, blankets, gift sets and branded mailers. The value here is the assembly and the box rather than the imprint -- items brought together, packed and presented as one thing.
