Mylar Bags & Flexible Packaging

A mylar bag is a laminate: a printable outer film, a barrier layer, and an inner layer that seals. What it keeps out -- light, oxygen, moisture -- comes from that structure, not from how thick it feels. Constructions include stand-up, flat, side-gusset, quad-seal, flat-bottom and spouted pouches, with press-to-close, slider or certified child-resistant zippers, tamper evidence, tear notches, degassing valves, windows and hang holes. Printing runs three ways: a printed label applied to a stock bag (the lowest entry point and the route for very small runs), a digitally printed pouch (no tooling cost, free artwork changes), or rotogravure (very high tooling cost that only makes sense at high, stable volume). You supply the required label content for your product category; we lay it out, we do not advise on it.
